After completing the registration form, log in to your user panel and click on the "Registered Devices" option. Then, click on the "Register New Refrigerator" button. In the new page that opens, enter your device's serial number and select the "Register Refrigerator" button.

If you need to install or service your device, please click on the "Installation and Service Request" button. Then, enter your additional information on this page and select the "Submit Request" button. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you want to take advantage of our rewards for purchasing your device, click on the "Request Payment" button. On the page that opens, enter your information accurately and completely, then click on the "Submit Request" button. Once you complete these steps, your request will be registered, and you can track its status through the "Cash Back Requests" page in your user panel.
